This venue was recommended by a friend and was the perfect place to enjoy some excellent jazz music in a cozy, chill space. The bartender was also great—very kind and attentive. We were there on a weeknight and there was no cover for the 6pm show with the Secret Six Jazz Band who sounded AMAZING. Highly recommend!

Typical Frenchman St NOLA bar with overpriced drinks to compensate for music. Manager/Owner? has a bad attitude (ie won't allow chairs on side of bar and similar petty rules indicative of a insecure/unhappy personality) but otherwise the bar staff is friendly and Music is good.

Visited this place with a group of friends that kind of grew up in the area as part of a post-wedding crawl and had a great time. We were able to find space for over 20 of us spread across a few booths. Drinks were well made, friendly staff and they were quick even with a packed house. Live music was good and they played all the way to closing. Adding this place to my list of joints to visit while I'm in town.

Loved it! A premier Jazz bar on Frenchman, and in NOLA period.
Had a fantastic time enjoying the tunes with a great cocktail, of which they have a nice variety.
People are very friendly, both the staff and guests; just an all around great time. Even the doorman was very warm!

This place is a must!!! Amazing music, vibes and drinks. Seating is a bit sparse, but we stood and still had a great time! My husband got one of their cocktails, but I stuck with a Coke to end the night. I don’t know what recipe or special syrup they had, but it was quite possibly the crispiest and best Coke I have ever had. I’ll be dreaming of that Coke for years to come

DBA is a great jazz club/bar on Frenchman's Street. Frenchman's Street in New Orleans is a great place for jazz , bars and arts. The street looks like something out of an old Hollywood set!
