Server was kind but service was very slow due to staffing and her being assigned to a large group of 10 next to us. This resulted in delays, lukewarm tea, and excessive noise. The food was just mediocre although we appreciated them taking dietary needs into consideration. Hotel was nice but they need to reconsider the location of afternoon tea as it wasn't a relaxing experience compared to similar events in other parts of the world. We likely wouldn't come again unless issues are resolved.

No food complaints, competent, but not memorable. Jazz band amazing. NYC in NOLA (but in a great way). Great service.

Upscale jazz bar and lounge in the Ritz Carlton. Comfy sofas and chairs. Premium cocktails and bites. Fried green tomatoes with crab were exceptional. Good band. A little dancing….

Third floor of the Ritz Carlton and the perfect paragon of a New Orleans jazz bar. We showed up around 9pm on a Saturday night and got a table in the outer area; swooped a better table near the stage when we saw people leave. Expensive drinks but the atmosphere is what you're paying for.

Always great service, drinks and Jeremy's band was wonderful - sitting on the couch is an incredible zen experience

This bar/lounge is located on the 3rd floor inside the Ritz Carlton hotel. They have live jazz on Wednesday through Saturday. There's bar seating with one TV and couches and other lounge seating throughout. Getting a seat on a weekend evening can be tough so I'd recommend getting there early if you have a group and prefer to sit.

Return customer. Super welcoming and friendly staff. Wish there was more New Orleanean food (only gumbo that I saw, which is fantastic, but only seafood gumbo, which I'm allergic to), but otherwise, wonderful place.

We came here because the spot was highly recommended and it didn't disappoint. We came after dinner to listen to some great Jazz and have some drinks. It's first come first serve but we walked around and found some seats next to some very nice people. I had several Moscow Mules and we ordered the Truffle Fries. The Mules were just ok, I probably should have ordered something else but that's my go to drink. However the Truffel Fries were out of this world, they were so good and smelled so good thst a couple seated across from us ordered some to go. How for the reason we came here, the entertainment. Jeremy Davenport and his band are excellent playing Jazz classics and originals through the night. They only play in several sets from 8:30-12:00 so don't miss out!! We had a great night at this spot and would highly recommend it but come early to get a good seat. Btw, the Davenport Lounge is in the 3rd floor of the Ritz Carlton.

Went for the tea with Santa event. It was basically the tea party at some random tables next to the bar. Pretty overpriced for what it was. Go try the other tea with Santa options.

Went for the Papa Noel Tea. So fun. Great service. Unlimited champagne. Multiple tea selections. Particularly liked the chai tea. Miniature sandwiches were very tasty as were the scones and pastries. Can't wait for Xmas 2024.
