We stumbled upon this place bc it was near our hotel and while It's unassuming from the outside, the food was delicious! And the staff is very friendly. Caribbean Paradise? Last dinner in New Orleans and one of the best!! We were greeted right away by Ari and got to choose our seats by the window. Ari was sweet and took her time to explain the happy hour specials and made some good recommendations. We had a dozen oysters which were delicious with the cocktail sauce, horse radish and chunks of salt. I’ve never had it with the salt and it gave a nice touch. The smoky, alligator starter was really good. The chargrilled oysters were not. Prices were decent given the Canal street area it is located in. Service was great. I would honestly return just for the alligator.
