First of all, I live quiet near this dominoes, then the orders are quick and I've only had 1 incident were they were late and which the delivery driver told me that might of gave some one else my wings. But some times they give me extra random free food so it's worth it

I waited until the app said my order was complete. I went into the store and they said my order was coming out of the oven. I stood there for an extra 20 minutes. I watched them cook my order that was supposed to be already completed like the app said. And my order is undercooked, they rushed it. No communication, just me standing there.. no apology for the wait, nothing.. just careless.
Last time I came, they burnt my pasta. This place sucks fr. Choose another dominos.

we are so lucky we live close to Dominos our food os always hot we order on-line if we do have a problem they are all over it we have had great delivery drivers one accidently left our w liter coke he actually went to corner store an bought us one he didnt want us to have to wait for him finish deliveries go bac to establishment an bring to us that was so nice of him thank u Dominos for great food and great drivers management on the errors we not perfect that is ok u guys make right at the end of day it is how we handle the problems that makes or breaks your business

Ok, so I order some pizzas on Saturday three to be direct, all three pizzas was wrong, I contact customer service, and they give me an item# , and said someone will be reaching out to me, but nada, so I called the store today and, they did nada to help but took my number and said someone will call me back but nada.. I pissed because I didn’t even eat the pizza, I had to throw them away, because no one wanted to eat the and I feel my money was wasted. And dominos seem not to care

I'll start with the positive and say i ordered online for pick up, which was very easy to navigate and appealing to the eye. The store was very clean, and one of the employees in the back was attentive to me by getting the attention of the employee in the front who apparently didn't hear the doorbell when i walked in. My order was still hot, and i had no wait. While the pizza looked pretty good, it was quite underwhelming. The crust was unusually thin, considering i ordered an original styled crust, and it was very unevenly seasoned and underseasoned. There was too much loose flour. The most disappointing was the Chicken Alfredo pasta that i ordered. The portioning was much smaller than im used to seeing. Maybe they've changed it, idk but definitely smaller than the many times I've ordered the pasta before. It was EXTREMELY bland and watery. It had literally 3 pieces of chicken in it and no kind of cheesiness on top and half the noodles were chewy and the other al dente. The service was good but the food was not.

So I had ordered 2 pizzas and they came in good time, fresh, and a friendly delivery driver. My daughter had went down to get them and she forgot to tell him to keep the change for a tip. I called the store shortly after and the boy who answered the phone was super rude. I just asked if he could call the delivery driver back n tell him to come right back cuz I felt horrible. He did not care and said he couldn’t send him back. I’m only a few blocks from here. I even asked if I could have the name of the delivery driver so I could drop off his tip tomorrow. I basically just got hung up on after he said I’ll see if he wants to go back. And I’m thinking “I thought you couldn’t send him back!?!” I bet if that was his money he would’ve wanted it. So disappointed with the attitude and the way that was handled when I was just trying to do the right thing. Oh! And one of my pizzas was missing the sausage which I was charged extra for. They just don’t care at this location. Switching back to a different pizza company

I just placed an order for a pizza, cheesy bread, and lava cakes. The cheesy bread was undercooked and basically raw dough. They also forgot the icing for my lava cakes. The pizza was sub par at best. The worst dominos I’ve ever been to.

I don't know what's changed here recently, but I love it! Last few orders have been perfect and delicious! Both recent delivery drivers were also extremely pleasant!
