On 2/14/2024 at approximately 11:15 pm I made an online order for bacon and jalapenos cheesy bread. I picked it up at the drive thru window. When I got home and started to eat there wasn't any cheese, bacon or jalapenos just bread that was not completely cooked. This is my 3rd bad experience with this Domino's location!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I had to get a credit bc the last pizza I ordered from here and picked up was so raw the cheese wasn't even melted. The very nice manager gave me a credit which I attempted to use tonight. I go to pick up my pizza. I was told 10 minutes. I was then ignored for over 20. When someone FINALLY acknowledged me it was to tell me that my pizza had to be remade bc the driver took it. When I finally got my pizza the rest of the order was ice cold. I was told I could either take it or wait another 20 minutes while they reheated it. This Domino's is complete trash

I just need to leave dominos alone. Every location is just filled with lazy staff with attitudes out this world and messed up orders.I get the most simplest order on earth and it’s still messed up EVERYTIME with an excuse or no accountability.NO GARLIC. how hard is that!I get to window. She tells me I can’t pay with my phone - Apple Pay or tap through the drive through. Leading you to have to get back into the street. A street light. Then a u turn. Then back to pull back inside the other part of the lot to walk inside.I am here with kids. Why would I drive at night to come and get down when I’m specifically coming to the drive thru for a reason.She had more attitude than anybody and as I’m asking her if my pizza has garlic before paying she walks away and shuts the window door in my face.I proceed to wait and ask againOf course there’s garlic on my pizza.EVERYTIME. and yes it’s a big deal because just as everyone else requested they’re pizza toppings and choices I deserve to not have garlic if I don’t want garlic. It’s simple.Stop making people drive for carry out because your deli every system takes 2 days. And we pickup to get wrong orders still.Come train these people !

The picture on the left is what the bread bites should look like and the one on the right was what I got. They were so dry and taste old and that garlic butter sauce was off. They also forgot the side of marinara for 32 bites, go figure. The pizzas were okay, but there's def something off about the dough bc the crust tasted weird.

It's so hard to get consistently good service at this location. The staff is usually impolite and I've yet to go there when something wasn't broken.
worst experience i have ever had from dominos delivery. not only did it take over an hour from ordering to arrival, the driver would not deliver to my door. i had to come to the street in my wheelchair. the driver was disrespectful. never tip on your order. tip when the driver delivers if you want to tip. i made that mistake. then the person on the phone at the store was horrible when i called about my order. my 8 piece chicken was only 7 pieces and i was missing a sauce that i had paid for. they refused to redeliver or refund on the order. then my $48.00 including tip charge actually billed to my card as $50.00. had to call my card to dispute the added amount. called the corporate office and got no where with them. they said they would have to the areas general manager call me but never received a call back about my order and the treatment from the horrible service and employees. this is the only location that delivers to my area so i will never order another dominos pizza ever again.

I am utterly shocked. Baffled. Flabbergasted. Hoodwinkled. I am hurt. One might ask why I must experience so much pain in a single lifetime. When will my torture end? How could you lie to me. How could the pizza tracker bar be fake? Thomas had been preparing my pizza for an hour straight and suddenly it appears at my door? Does dominoes drivers teleport? I don't think so. Pizza was still good so a three star is warranted.

Want to commend the sole employee that was taking on line orders, serving the drive up window and cooking all the orders himself. The man was flying and best of all they were the best Domino Pizzas I've ever haf!!! He made our New Year Day celebration (Tulane whooped USC in the Cotton Bowl!!!@!@!!!) memorable.

We ordered online. It's 2h later and the order (one pizza and one side) still has not been delivered. When we called to ask if we could change the delivery address because we were heading somewhere else, they said no. Please tell me how this place is still in business when there are dozens and dozens of other options for pizza in New Orleans.
