Drago's Seafood Restaurant - Hilton New Orleans Riverside

I was not impressed with the food for the price. I have had Drago's before and this location seemed so basic. It reminds me of going to somewhere like A mid restaurant chain.

Seated near grill and watched them prepare the oysters! The grilled oysters were amzing!! Fast friendly service, very busy Friday night.

I took my son, and we had an amazing meal. I highly recommend the grilled oysters. Morris was our server and was excellent.

The oysters and the bbq shrimp were delicious! Definitely will visit again next time in Nola

Best oysters I've had by far! The shrimp and crab grilled cheese was a hit! The seafood pasta was equally delicious.

The food was excellent. Our server, Joshua, was excellent. Being in the Hilton hotel made this place have a different vibe than if you were eating in a stand alone restaurant on one of the many side streets. The food was great though. It is a big space so it can be rather noisy, did not bother us though. One of a few places we found lobster and it was fairly priced and delicious. Our server really was great and made sure everything was perfect.

Amazing New Orleans food. We had the dozen Charbroiled oysters and it was just delicious! Could've eaten 3 dozen. We also tried the gumbo and it was just okay. The BBQ Shrimp dish was great too though! Service was great! Friendly and informative. It is at the Hilton Hotel and it was a great location by the riverwalk and the mall.

I would not recommend Drago's at Hilton Riverside if you want good food. Totally overrated restaurant by Youtube and Food Network. I ordered two types of raw oysters and they are not fresh. If you charged $3 per oyster, it's better opened the shell at site rather than purchase them half shelled at the food company. Charbroiled oysters has no butter or garlic flavor. Other food are just okay. I would rather spend my money somewhere else.

Our starters were delivered after our meal, my associates steak was seriously overcooked TWICE, and I ordered a Mojito that was delivered with Mezcal added to it without disclosing their "special twist"! At our table of 6 not one of us had a good experience. The grilled oysters were delicious and would have been great, before dinner! We were never offered desert or coffee and had to hunt our server down to get the ticket.

We sat at the bar and the service was decent. However the Seafood Pasta had pieces of crab shells throughout which was very off-putting. I would not return back to this restaurant.

The service was not terrible but also nothing memorable. BBQ Shrimp sauce was so salty I couldn't eat a second bite. The famous Oysters had ZERO sauce on the plate, nothing like I've had before. Very disappointing experience and I've always raved about this restaurant

This was the second time we tried Drago's but first time at this location. Disappointed experience, food was not good at all. The stuffed lobster had a significant amount of water from the boiling and zero flavor; pasta was good though. We add the fillet and it was bad, like spoiled beef. The AuGratin Crab dip was ok, not great. It was a day and night experience from our first visit at Drago's Metairie The Original a year ago.

Victoria was amazing! The food was great. No waiting quickly seated, good response on the phone. A1 service. Just go you won't be upset. Small salad with crab was delicious but it as appeared to be can crab, still very good.

Mayra was our server, she was knowledgeable & attentive. 10/10 Food: portion sizes 7/10 Food temperature: 8/10 Cocktails: 10/10 Ambiance: 9/10. It's attached to a hotel & by the pier so a lot of casual tourist traffic. No need to dress up.

We had an amazing time at Drago's! The food, atmosphere, and service were great. She oysters were the best!
