Place has been closed for over a year...what a complete dump and now, it’s a homeless encampment. Owners need to sell and get out of the neighborhood. Someone needs to tear this place down and build condos!

Lovely venue with decent catering.

Great venue and location. The owners are very attentive to your needs. I was there for a party and the music, food, and venue were all very good and service was outstanding. The servers made sure tables were cleaned and picked up. I would definitely recommend this as a wedding or office party venue.

Be warned! The owner of this venue lives at the intersection of incompetence and vanity. A small-minded and avaricious person with zero experience in weddings, venues, customer service and a myriad of other talents one would expect someone in his position to have a passing familiarity with. The venue changed ownership in the spring after we had signed a contract. we were never contacted by them and went months without a reply to our emails. We were charged for an a/v manager, a position that did not exist and were told the owner would be stepping into that role. I received a phone call 10 minutes before the ceremony asking how to turn the volume up on the laptop that would be playing my bridal entrance music. The head of sales-cum-wedding director was kind but woefully out of her depth and seemed to scamper off any time duty called, leaving it to a heroic wedding guest who stepped in to make sure things ran smoothly. The venue was so cold the night of our wedding everyone was bundled as though we were being led on an arctic expedition rather than down a path of lies and cheap scotch (the owner's answer to the freezing temperature,) Avoid at all costs

Tried to plan an event and absolutely ripped us off - won't come here again, unkind and unreasonable

Tried to plan an event here and the management team screwed us over. Lost $7000 and couldn't have the event there.

I attended an event here on a Friday night. I caught an Uber, so I’m not 100% sure what the parking situation is like, but it didn’t seem to be the best. The entrance was interesting and uniquely designed. There were quite a few steps, followed by a long, semi-steep walkway. The inside was a lot smaller than expected, but nicely done. There was ample seating and a balcony (which is where I spent most of the night). The full bar did not disappoint lol! However, the food did disappoint. The mini muffalettas were more bread than anything and soggy at the bottom. The meatballs were just weird. There was also no attempt to refill the food in a timely manner. The chicken wings were completely out and the fruit was close to getting to that point (keep in mind, I arrived at the start of the event). Overall, I thought the event was a success, so wouldn’t hesitate to return here. They just need to improve the food service.

Cool venue but not ment for extremely large groups.

This was my first time at an event at the Eiffel. Because of the location, parking was fair though it was a night event. Because it was a work event for a large number of people, once the majority of the people arrived there was minimal circulation, no ceiling fans but there were fans place conspicuously around the center floor which made it somewhat uncomfortable, very hot and stifling.
