Elysian Events Catering offers amazing food and great service, from the initial booking to the end of the event. They catered a wedding where guests raved about the hors d'oeuvres, pork grillades and grits, and even helped cut the cake. The catering staff was communicative, friendly, and professional, and they were willing to accommodate dietary restrictions, serving delicious Gumbo and fresh fried beignets.
