The food was good but the service was terrible. With a reservation we seated and waited over an hour for a soup and salad and crawfish pasta.

Took 15 min to even be greeted at our table, another 15 to get our drink and another 20 to get food. Everyone was cold and ignored us. Awful service. Food was good. The French onion soup was perfect. The crawfish pasta was good and the oyter poboy was tasty. Probably will not go back..

My oh my. This food was sooo good.Red beans and rice with cornbread (a little too dry for my taste) and Chef E’s Pastalaya. This restaurant is inside Ceasars Palace. The wait was too long and once we were seated we waited another long time. I wished I watched the clock but did not think it would take as long as it did. The food was amazing Try to go early.

My wife and I had a delicious dinner with a bottle of wine. This was the best red beans and rice with andouille sausage I have ever eaten. The waitstaff was very friendly and pleasant but had a difficult time trying to figure out how to order a bottle of wine. Only wines by the glass were on the menu. This is the best choice of restaurants at the Caesar's New Orleans Resort.

Tati T was an amazing server. Great personality, kind and had us laughing throughout our meal. Very knowledgeable about the menu and even suggested other places first brunch since I was leaving town the next day. Ask for her to be your server, you couldn’t get a better person.

The food at Emeril’s Kitchen was absolutely delicious and very flavorful. The restaurant itself is also very pleasant and has a nice atmosphere.
However, the service was very disappointing. It was extremely slow, and the waitress did not seem happy to be there. She rarely came to the table to check if we needed anything, and we constantly had to call her over just to order drinks or to ask about the delay of our food, which took far too long to arrive.
We were honestly surprised by the level of service, especially considering the restaurant carries the Emeril’s name. We did not expect such a poor experience in terms of service from a place associated with a brand like that.
