It was joyous. Service wonderful, but babies the Food let me say God is Good. Lol smiles as I give my stamp of approval to sea food enthusiast anywhere 🤣 whew go get you summ! Ooooo snap almost forgot Go on the 23rd day of month buy shirt for 30 bucks get the same meal free get this it's every month same day I think 🤔 lol!

This was my second visit at this location. Ordered the lobster special, my blue crabs were severely overly cooked ! Meat soft & mushy ! Lobster was hard & tasted as if it was left over from days gone by ! The overall taste was just off ! I spent over $60 + for this ,plus I gave a tip !! I'm very angry about it because I had a craving for this for days & I was not satisfied at all !!!! I will be going to the wms.blvd location going forward, but I will be calling to speak with management, because I'm due a refund !!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! 🤮🤮🤮

Walked in and warmly greeted, sat down and was served by Ice who was so tentative and sweet. We ordered the family feast and went to town. This is a must visit every time we come down from Houston.

For my first time here visiting New Orleans wanted to stop by fiery crab in Metairie LA never again. The cashier CHRIS M was very rude I was told it was to go only but they had menus and open tables to sit and eat. When it was time to check the food to see if it was ready, another cashier asked if we were dinning in or take out. I responded we were told to go only which didn’t make sense because there were other people sitting down eating food. The cashier then responded that was rude of CHRIS to refuse to sit me at a table so I can enjoy my food. The other cashier then asked why did Chris tell us that it was to go only, no response from him. I’ve heard good reviews but to come in person never again!. Horrible service!
