Namaste nola Reviews
I ate most of my meals here while I was staying in the French Quarter, New Orleans. Everything was absolutely delicious and amazing. I met with the owner and my experiences were amazing and personalized with both of my severs (Gopa) on various days. I ordered Dum biryani and chicken 65 biryani several times throughout my visit here. On my last day here, I ordered shrimp curry with chili garlic naan, of course rice. It was delicious my Indian taste buds. I highly recommend this...read full review
Came to Namaste Nola for their Onam Sadhya after seeing their post on Instagram. The food served was very, very close to Kerala fare and was exceptionally executed.
Very good food, bold flavors, relaxed atmosphere.

Namaste Nola is a restaurant located in New Orleans, known for its friendly service and delicious Indian cuisine. Popular menu items include butter chicken, garlic butter naan, cheese naan, Palak Paneer, fish fry, chilli bajji (pakoras), butter paneer masala, and choley. The mango lassi is also praised for its perfect consistency. The restaurant offers a warm and elegant vibe with a tasteful blend of modern and Indian aesthetics, making it a cozy yet classy setting for both casual hangouts and special dinners.
Standout dishes include the gutti vankaya, a flavor explosion with eggplant simmered in a rich, nutty peanut sauce, and the Malai Kofta, which is rich, creamy, and melt-in-the-mouth. The chef’s got some serious magic, with every dish being straight-up perfection. The Chicken Majestic, Royyala Curry, and Dum Chicken Curry have textures and flavors that are on point. The prawns are cooked just right, popping with that perfect taste, and the chicken is so tender. The lamb saag is the bomb, and the butter chicken, tikka masala, and tandoori chicken are all fantastic. The spice levels are truly accurate.
The staff is courteous and attentive, adding to the pleasant experience, with super welcoming vibes and great service. The restaurant is situated in the same main door as Subway, making it a bit challenging to find. Overall, Namaste Nola is a recommended spot for those seeking Indian food in New Orleans.
