Everyone there is so friendly and the manager goes above and beyond. Loved the atmosphere in there and you can't go wrong with the coffee and don't forget to grab a delicious danish, fresh made each morning, only if they don't sale out before you get there. They are that good.

I came here before attending a conference at the Convention Center. Quite a bit of a walk and not super straightforward directions. Would recommend somewhere else for coffee if you are walking but choices are limited in this area. I got the Oji coffee (Japanese drip coffee)? I forget the exact name but it was fine. Maybe it’s because I added sweetener but was not the best coffee I’ve had but it got the job done. Highlight of my visit was Luna, the gold retriever. She greeted everyone and was also very demure by grabbing her own leash and walking around with it. Would come again just for Luna if the customer brings her back.

Ommmmgg Kenny at the Canal and St.Charles Street location is amazing!! She gave me and my friend wonderful recommendations! I got the iced spiced pumpkin vanilla latte with banana nut loaf and my friend got the Chai Latte (hot) with caramel syrup and oat milk and one word comes to mind to describe the taste....AMAZING!! Big waste of time and money. Overpriced coffee and like drinks that are made wrong (my non dairy drink was made with dairy milk) made by rude, angry staff who stated in no uncertain terms that they didn't want to be there. Of course, they only stated this in between gossiping about other co-workers and their manager.
Parking: Few to no street spots available during morning rush hours.

This is my all time favorite coffee shop to frequent! The baristas are always knowledgeable and attentive. The coffee quality is excellent whether it’s their cold brew or espresso. Their seasonal drinks are unique and flavorful - also don’t sleep on their iced teas! The pastry case is always stocked with goodies such as my personal favorite- the chocolate babka muffin and ham n cheese croissant. Highly recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans!
