Outstanding coffee and tea! This is the best place for breakfast. They also have amazing chocolate pie. The food was outstanding, and the people were so friendly. We started nearly every day here because it was just so good!
Delightful coffee shop and restaurant, makes you feel like a native. Lovely decors, delicious salmon and egg toast, adorable barista!
What a great experience!! I had the best gumbo I have ever had here. The service was great and the chefs skill were superb. Put this on your list.
Remember, Frenchmen All Day is a cafe. You won’t be blown away in the same way as the best eateries in the area. The fact that this non-jazz joint is open in the jazz zone during the day? That’s pretty slick. We had breakfast. The quiche was quite niche. It had more of a cream-cheesey factor than other quiches I’ve known. The side salad that came with it? Forgettable. The staff were pretty chill. As was the most amazing matcha lemonade - and possibly the only matcha lemonade - to make my acquaintance. It was very much my jam. I’ve been once. Don’t know that I need to go again. Good but not godly. Not quite great either. But good. The location is everything. Frenchmen All Day is 3.5 Stars out of 5. In the world of math, that rounds up to 4. But if you’re in the area and need a nosh, check it out.
This was a great little spot for breakfast during my stay in New Orleans over Memorial Day weekend. The food was fantastic and served up quickly. I'll most definitely be back.
Got here about 11:15am, placed order with waiter right away, and saw no cook in the kitchen for about 20 minutes, then when we walked in waited 45 min plus to get a small skimpy waffle that was cold and a side a cheese Grits. Very unimpressed with the service when it’s a cute place and I’ve tried to give them a second shot but failed again. DO NOT come here in your in a time crunch
Hands down the best crawfish mac and cheese I’ve ever had! Perfectly creamy with just the right amount of spice—absolutely addictive. On top of that, the staff was incredible—friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. Can’t recommend this place enough!
Delicious food, a variety of menu options, and terrific service!
OMG Tasso sandwich is a unique and delicious and wonderful slice of heaven! LOVE this place!!!
We just left after being seated outside. Waited over 20 minutes with only menu’s. Went inside to try to flag someone down. No one would even make eye contact. We really wanted it to work. 😞

I could eat here every morning when in I’m New Orleans…and usually do when I’m in the neighborhood. The friendliest staff, simply amazing food, and classic good vibes.

The food quality was not good at all. We ordered Gumbo and eltuffle, both were very salty, small amounts; salads were small amount too.
