Absolutely spectacular! The pork chop was amazing and so many other adjectives I can't come up with right now, but perfection. Add in the redfish, smoked old fashion and banana foster bread pudding, I will put NOLA back on my to do list just to repeat that meal .
Our experience was great! From the moment we arrived till after we left, the staff was amazing! The restaurant is clean, the lighting is calming, the arrangement is flowing and welcoming, the cocktails are well made and put together with care and skill, the aligator creole was bursting with flavor, the swamp pasta was delicious creamy and beyond filling, the chocolate brownie pecan pie is a sweet tooth lovers dream! Galliano feels like it doesn't know what it wants to be. The bar has a Cajun vibe, the tables lean toward fine dining, the lighting is industrial, and the walls are covered in tacky art, none of it ties together. The turtle soup came out piping hot in a cauldron, which was interesting. The duck had good flavor and paired well with the sweet potatoes and blueberry, but it was overcooked.
