The food was good, but the service was really slow. Just a consideration if you are paying for parking or needing to keep on a schedule. It took us 90+ minutes to get lunch where it would normally take 45 minutes.

We had the New Orleans Sampler. All of it was really food, with just the right amount of spice. For drinks, we had the Louisiana Lemonade and a Pina Colada Daiquiri which were great.

The Gazebo Cafe and its ice cream daiquiris have been at French Market ever since I can remember. There is something comforting to return to NOLA and seeing that the Gazebo Cafe is still there. The ice cream daiquiris are Hubby and I's favorite. We grab a drink, take a seat, and enjoy the live music. This is New Orleans.

3 stars for the music only. The food and service here is below average. Go eat elsewhere, but stay for the live music.

We were walking past but decided to stop and look at the menu. One of the waitresses was eager to corral us in and seat us right away. After we ordered, there would be a half hour wait for food.We decided to try their muffaletta but it is not as good as the famous muffaletta from the nearby "central grocery and deli". Their muffaletta only had ham instead of pastrami or mortadella and the dressings were also less pickled. We wanted to try the gumbo but turns out we didn't order loud enough as it was not written down and by the time we realized it was not coming, we no longer wanted to order it.On this note, while live music is generally enjoyable, it was very loud and hard to have a conversation or relaxing lunch. We also got the crawfish beignets and alligator bites. The bites were soft and chewy but well fried. The crawfish beignets also came crispy but with a hushpuppy texture in a delicious sauce made with crawfish. Both appetizers were good but it did feel pricy for the portion. Not sure if they do this for all party sizes since we only had 4 people, but they included a gratuity of 20% to our bill.

You can’t go to New Orleans without stopping by Gazebo Cafe for a drink. Great atmosphere and outdoor seating!!
If you’re looking for a no-fuss hurricane and some live music outside, this will do. Bartenders always cheeky and fun.

Our favorite French Quarter restaurant! The food is always great and so are the margaritas! Live music and overall a great family atmosphere! The Sampler and the appetizer sampler are some of our faves! Also love their muffulettas and the chicken wings!
