We have been here twice this week for food and drink with our 24 year old son who drinks only water. We totally respect the drinking laws of the USA being 21 but not been asked previously this week for our sons ID however tonight the bar staff decided to make an issue of it .....either be consistent and ask for ID all the time or do not bother at a ll Poor customer service

Buddy with the long hair was in a bad mood and didnt even ask how our day was. Then proceeded to deny us service when he wasnt tipped on the first drink. Save your money for better bars near by.

Was looking forward to this place. After coming in from an absolute downpour, my party and I sat at the open end of the bar only to be completely ignored for 20mins. before being asked what we wanted. Asked for drink menus and after getting them the only bar tender (at least the only one actually doing anything behind the bar) went back to ignoring us at the other end of the bar for another 5-10 before we walked out. Must be what they mean by ghost bar. Cool name for an overpriced tourist trap sports bar with some horrible staff. I can't honestly believe you'd ignore customers who came in from a storm in a half empty bar on a Saturday night, seems counter intuitive to running a buisness. Wish I would've read some of the other reviews (cause there's a lot of them with worse experiences than me, no wonder it was half empty) looks like we dodged a pricey bullet imho. There's plenty of other extremely better establishments in the area. Don't waste your time.

AWFUL! No idea why they call it Ghost Bar... unless it's a bad PAC-MAN reference, seems to be video game oriented. NEVER even got a drink, shame too, I was really looking forward to it. I'm up from NY, so I only had 3 days to try it. Came in to a slow bar from the rain, sat for 15 mins, made eye contact with 4 waitstaff about 3 times each, then finally got a menu to sit there for 5 more minutes while the bartender chatted, looked and ignored us. Finally, my friends and I just left. I walked in a downpour for this horrid "experience."

My 60 year old mother was groped, and the bartender said it was his friend who did it. The bar did remove the man. After the confrontation i went to the bar to thank them. The bartender stated that any confrontation was ātrollingā that āi shouldnāt confront a 350lb manā and that āthings happen at bars.ā Iām sorry, but that was the worst possible experience to have at a bar. Iām sorry for anyone who has further experiences here, iām sorry for anyone who may seek their hostās reassurance that their establishment is safe when the bartenders lack any sembelence of empathy.
Local and really wanted to try this place. Bar was full and noticed only 2-3 people even had drinks. It's a sports bar disguised as a ghost bar with a few ghost paintings on the wall. Idk if the pro or con is the bartender clearly was a ghost because we left after them being nowhere in sight and figured nobody else had seen them either.

Okay so Iām normally a regular at the ghost bar Iāve been on multiple occasions but on my most recent visit a bartender had to take extra money off my card. I didnāt leave a tip for a beer because I tipped with drinks I brought before that. The amount was 4 dollars and they changed the amount the next day. To steal is crazy and I would love to speak to a manager but I doubt thatāll happen. As a Nola native this sadly makes me want to stay away from the French Quarter. I even called the establishment and asked to speak with management no one responded so they must be okay with stealing from customers I donāt recommend and Iām a local
