People should stay away from this brand. I won a 1-year free boba drink ticket back in January and they have not kept their promised sending me the cards I can use to get free boba at their store, despite that I have reached out sending them the winning ticket and confirming my mail address. They lied they had sent the cards to the store where I got the ticket and would send me an email letting me know when I can get to the store to pick it up. just brought my daughter to the Hudson store. Friendly staff, clean store. Owner/manager in front greeting customers, talking up app and the rewards program.
