Such a cool concept and this was a really nice place to go on a super hot day here in New Orleans!
Good:
- Huge portion sizes - for $6 you get more ice cream than you can eat for 1 person
- Fast service, and the staff were so nice! They also let us try the flavors before finalizing our choice
- The strawberry shortcake flavor was delicious. I did feel like the shaved ice kind of tasted like ice cream and not just a typical shaved ice....

Amazing! Unlike any other snow cone I have ever had. The texture of the ice is like powder and the syrups are unique and flavorful. We had honey-lavender and passion fruit, and another with honey lavender and hibiscus. (Both were gluten free)
