Was OK. The bartender seemed like she didnt want to be there and that wr were a burden. Tried to make small talk but stayed on the other end talking to one person. She was fast with getting drinks out when she finally noticed we people needed them. The place overall was neat and like a good ole local bar in the middle of NOLA

Here on a Monday, but start of Mardi Gras. Not busy, but the bartender couldnt have cared less. Got our drinks, we tried to engage some conservation, but useless. When we left we loudly said goodbye and thanks.. no response, again about 6 people in the bar. Not busy. Can spend your $$ somewhere else. She did say she would be working a lot during Mardi Gras and wasn't looking forward to it. If she was more friendly she would bring in the tips, which is probably why she doesn't want to work

Just to say, we always look for a local bar and enjoy chatting with the bartender and who we sit next to. It makes us come back... won't bother with this place

Local hangout. Cindy is awesome, still providing red beans and rice traditionally on Monday.

One of the best old school bars in the Quarter. Cheap drinks, great service. Always a good time. Cash only.

Place is cash only which is annoying but they’re transparent about that with signs all over saying “cash only”. So I pull some money out of the ATM which has a $3.75 fee. Annoying but again whatever.

Paradise park on draft is advertised on the sign as being $5. Then when she pours the beer, it’s in an 8 oz plastic cup. $5 for half a beer that’s one of the cheapest around New Orleans. So basically I paid $8.75 for half a beer. Just one of 1000 scams of the French Quarter.
