Love their chicken and fish! Well seasoned. Always recommend, but They need to work on the fries.

The shrimp were not good, I got the large shrimp plate with seasoning and I don’t know what seasoning they used but it made my shrimp horrible.
I’ve never thrown away a shrimp platter but I did today.

Pretty dull but a nice cornerstore to get good food at. Only criticism one could make would mainly be to beg for lower prices, though the costs are not met with bad quality or portions.

I am not from Louisiana, so this is my second time having hooks. I had a combo platter that had shrimp, chicken, fish, and fries. It was delicious and plentiful. I ate off it for three days.

I’m officially done with Hooks after almost 15 years of service. This was the go to back in the day but now they just don’t have a care in the world. The last 3 times they messed my order up. They rush you off the phone just for the order to be wrong when picking up.. Wasting my whole break sitting here waiting for them to fix the mistake.
Here’s a tip/ when taking over the phone orders, read the orders back to make sure you heard us right instead of yelling 15 minutes and hanging up…
Just to have us pull up and wait 10 more minutes for a half assed order.
