I was excited to return to S&S, as I came in 2019 and had an amazing experience. The food quality and presentation of food was definitely not the same. I was disappointed in the experience. The servers were very friendly and made up for the food not being up to par with what it had been in the past. Suggestion— get away from all the plastic and return to valuing the presentation! It makes a huge difference.

Avoid the urge to go. Food was awful. Bread w the oysters was stale and toasted which didn't help. Crawfish pie was supposedly the best dish on the menu and appeared microwaved. Sauce drowning it was a gloppy mess. There is a reason the place was dead empty. Also as an aside. They said they don't really use open table and don't check it for reservations usually

Food was good, classic Cajun with several more upscale options yet was also well priced. I had TWO groups on TWO different nights. We had reservations at a jazz club, so getting prompt service was critical and the kitchen did not disappoint. Everyone raved about the oysters, crawfish pie, Crawfish boil platter and the red beans and rice with andouille sausage.

I only feel it fair to rate the food middle of the line as we did not stay. The table was filthy, the menus covered in spilt drink and the smell from the toilet was too overpowering to consider eating there. The people in there was very loud and not very polite. The staff were fine.

I am highly allergic to shrimp so I ordered a veggie pasta. After eating over half of the meal I see what I thought was carrots was actually small shrimp. They said the most they could do was take it off the bill. They didn't even ask if I would physically be okay. Just sent me out the door. Please be very careful dining here especially if you have allergies

The food was our least favorite part of the dining experience. We had the jambalaya and it was really bland and the rice looked and tasted burnt. Also the hamburger just wasn't up to par. Another one of us ordered a po boy but was told they don't carry tartar sauce. FYI you do need a reservation to eat here so heads up.

We didn't get any refills. My friend was told bread would come with her meal then when she received the bill the bread was an extra $4 charge. The bathrooms are very very small.

Saints and Sinners is a restaurant that turns into a club at 10pm. We were having our valentine's day dinner here and at about 9pm, the employees began to take chairs and tables up. One of the employees mentioned, in a rude manner, they were waiting on us to leave so they could do their job. The food was just okay with me getting a basic burger and my wife getting what ended up just being shrimp on top of cheese grits.

Hostess was super nice. Our waitress could have been a little nicer but oh well. Restrooms were clean and unisex. Fried mac and cheese came out fast and was very tasty. Nice atmosphere and the red beans and rice were just fine. Didn't really care for the bread pudding. They were having a craw fish boil out front and since it was Mardi gras they were selling bags of beads to throw from balcony.

We were so excited for this! But sadly it was a HUGE disappointment. Their signature drinks that supposedly come in a collectible Saints and Sinners Cup, did not. Was just a clear plastic cup. The mozzarella sticks were false advertising at its best. They were traumatizing, ha. My friend and I both got a hamburger and had them both removed from our check because whatever it was, it was NOT from a cow. Never would go back.

The food was absolutely amazing and reasonably priced. The inside has a fun decor and the waitstaff was excellent. My only complaint is that I didn't get to see Channing Tatum! Lol.

Totally disappointing. We went on a busy, French quarter Sunday. This place was completely dead. Still, the service was a struggle. Sticky menus, wobbly table, totally uninspiring food. Someone spent a lot of money on Interior Design It is sort of “stripper chic“. Do not waste your time.

So the website is HIGHLY misleading.. it makes it appear to be an upscale restaurant. It's a BAR to be clear. There are maybe 6 tables in the back. Three things we ordered were very good. The grilled oysters ,the crawfish etouffee, and the beignet fries with ice cream. Everything else was just ok. It's also weird that you can even make a reservation here but they do require it. It is a quick easy place to get a meal. Nothing fancy

I am aware that Restaurants in the FQ have very limited space. Therefore I did expect the washrooms to be on the smaller side. However I was not expecting the washrooms to be in such poor state of repair and filth. I am pleased to know that S&S is contributing to the community. However the state of your washrooms will alone prevent me from returning. I have shared my views with others and posted this review at the request of Open Table. Please do consider revamping the washrooms to be clean, safe and accessible. Thank you kindly.

It was a pretty and interesting place and the service was nice but I was expecting more for a place that has a famous person on it and was told there would be dancers and a show?
