First time in New Orleans and stumbled onto Peychaud's after dinner. The venue has a nice cozy vibe and offers an array of unique drinks that should cater to whatever you're in the mood for. And, if you're looking for a place away from the Bourbon Street crowd, give this place a shot. Didn't get to capture pics of the interior as it was dark but they have a nice patio area in the back as captured by others who were here during the daytime. But... Classy and friendly, with very knowledgeable staff. New Orleans is a cocktail city, and my husband and I learned so much just by talking to our bartender, John. He also offered us some complimentary shots of local rum. This is a beautiful little bar away from the raucous vibes of Bourbon St. Perfect for dates and even better for expertly mixed drinks and friendly staff.
