Will not return. Service was not what we are used to. As my husband says when we receive very bad service and/or food isn't good. They can take a picture.

We went on our 1st year anniversary. We had our first date here. My husband loves it. The security guy made our day. He was humorous and personable. Everything was wonderful. The waiter kept saying happy anniversary.

This place always have friendly works. The food is always hot when it comes out and I love that you can see the cooks cook the food.

Pricey. Upscale. It is a place you would take someone you want to impress. That being said, the food is what you would see in big budget movies. I had the red fish special and fully loaded bake potato which was perfect. The spinach artichoke was okay, so pass on it and get something else. There are many options.

Excellence at its best.
Friendly receptionist and staff. Clean open kitchen. See chefs preparing meals. Pete was very knowledgeable and new his menu and ingredients very well. Great ambiance. Loved it. We are here twice while in town this week. We also met the Mayor of NOLA here.

The manager of the Houston on St. Charles Avenue is very rude!! I was sitting at the bar, and no one was around me or behind. The manager gets in my face and tells me to get off the phone. At first, I thought something was wrong. Maybe it was an emergency. I asked where the sign was, and he replied there wasn’t one. He tells me this is a new policy. I hang up my call, and I asked him if I could speak on the phone anywhere else in the restaurant. He tells me you can talk on the phone at the tables or a booth but would not move me since I had already ordered. My food wasn’t there yet. This was 3 o’clock in the afternoon, and the restaurant was empty. To say the least I paid my bill and left. The bartender and the staff apologized to me.

When a guest walks in to a restaurant and gets eyed up and down by a hostess dressed in an outfit that is 2 sizes too small and speaks with poor grammar, one can assume less of the establishment. This was once a nice little restaurant but it's definitely lost its New Orleans charm and hospitality. It also had a smell of sewage near the door. We decided to choose a better place to eat.
