My grits were hard, I felt like I've been over charge because I go to IHOP all the time. Service was nice. But I won't go there again!

Ordered food 30 minutes later waitress said it would be another 15 minutes before we could get our order. Then they wanted to charge me for an order that had not started. Then charged $15 for an apple juice and orange juice.

I’ve been coming on the overnight shift awhile now. Great service everytime & their manager Amari makes sure they are on their P’s & Qi’s at all times.

Place smells bad. Looks dirty and outdated. Urgently needs a renovation. Was empty when we arrived. Just one waitress which was very attentive and sweet.

I went in and I had to wait 20 minutes to get seated and then I asked to order and when I ordered, I waited for like another 20 minutes it took forever! The food was not properly cooked. It was absolutely disgusting other than the pancakes when I went home I want to go in the shower and cry and I decided to give this one star because it is absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend this at all!.

Picked up to go order and we didn't have silverware, napkins, syrup, butter, or a whole order of turkey sausage. Went to the store later after calling and being told it would be made right..... only to be offered silverware for our breakfast from hours before that we couldn't eat half of and the parts we did have weren't impressive. Do not recommend. Go somewhere else.

The food was delicious. My husband had the Waffle Combo. I had the Pancake Combo. Our server was great. She was nice and checked in on us to make sure we had refills and to see if we needed anything. The decor in the restaurant was really cool. It's a collection of antique doors, old gates, shutters and frames from New Orleans. Also if you are a Andy Griffith Show fan you'll appreciate the photo in the back. It's of Hal Smith, he was The Pancake Man for IHOP in the late 50's and early 60's. It was a children's show sponsored by IHOP.

Spend a 3 night Caesar's Reward Air trip in NOLA which is about a 15 minute walk or so from the casino to IHOP. It is 24/7 and some of the tables were put up as the crew were cleaning during the slow time...we were the only ones there. The wife ordered cinnamon roll strawberry crepes...huge portion and looked amazing. I ordered a burger and out of the three I had on the trip this was the best one. The other two were Bobby's Burgers and Burger Bar on Canal. Both were good though. Worth the stop if you are avoiding the more expensive places around. They were very helpful while discussing my wife's garlic intolerance as well.

I'll start with the bad there was only manager, 1 server, and 1 cook. I understand it's a Monday night but in a city as busy as this one with the location being on one of the busiest streets, come on🙄. The bathrooms also need some serious attention. The stall doors look like they've clearly been kicked in a time or two. Also, I'm pretty mad that a single glass of chocolate milk was $7. That's wild.

Now the good, our sever was an older lady with red hair and she was so unbelievably sweet. Even with the chaos going on of a bunch of tables all at once she kept her composure and got everyone their food. The location itself was nice as well. The music was a bit loud but it's really cozy in here. I would definitely come back but I would definitely skip the chocolate milk lol.

We stayed upstairs at an airb&b and came down to IHOP for breakfast. I cannot speak more highly of the staff. Our waiter, the waitress and the manager were all so helpful and friendly. And the food was great, and also reasonably priced for being in a tourist area. They are doing something right there becase the clients AND the staff all seem happy. I stopped by to grab a cup of coffee as we checked out at 6am and even those employees were pleasant and helpful. Great job!!!

The worst iHop I have ever been to. No coffee ( only decaf) no cream, food came cold, there was a napkin in my daughter’s tea. It was horrendous. Don’t go here!!!!

I am shocked that I just paid $32 +tip for an omelette, cup of fruit, and a glass of orange juice at this IHOP. The old dark outdated decor and super slow service added to my disappointment with this place. This omelette is the same thing that I order every time I go to any IHOP, but here it was not as good as usual (not as much sauce or cheese, too many onions), but overall it was fine. The food and decor would not have bothered me if it weren’t for the fact that I could have gotten a much better breakfast at my fancy hotel restaurant for the price I paid.
