Over visiting from the UK, worst meal I have ever had in an ihop. Been going to ihop in the states for 10 years and never felt more uncomfortable in an ihop. Staff was rude and it was more a girls social club than work environment. Got ignored for 15 minutes whilst they was all laughing and joking between themselves. Food was less than average. Given cheap plastic cuttlrey that struggled to cut pancakes. when I asked for a refill on my soda the staff member rolled her eyes and started talking to another staff member. Will not be going back to ihop anytime soon.

Came in for brunch, we weren’t even greeted when a girl brought us to a table, no “here’s your table” literally just knocked on it aggressively as an indication for us to sit there whilst she roared down the restaurant at someone to do something. Dirty tables surrounded us and they were so aggressively cleaned that it sounded like we were at a Greek wedding, dishes smashing against each other, we were so nervous something would come flying. The staff are obnoxiously loud, all shouting and roaring at each other, singing at the top of their lungs and sauntering around the restaurant, can no one speak quietly or go into the staff area? The man who served us got our order wrong twice and before we even had taken two bites, asked us for our credit card to pay. The food was greasy yet somehow dry, orders wrong and food cold. The kiosk wouldn’t work when I went to pay so I had to go the machine and wait for three of them to try and sort it out. Not in a million years did I want to leave a tip but we were genuinely too intimidated not to so we left a couple of dollars out of fear. I wrote on the bill what the tip was and the man came back to ask where the tip was, even though it was on the page. Scandalous behaviour from staff, disgusting food and a rotten atmosphere, the place is a dump!!

Went to IHOP quite late in the night. Being a vegetarian didn't find anything on the menu, the server suggested they can make Cheese Taco and add vegetables to it. And it was really good.
