The sushi was awful. The tuna had a grayish color to it. The service was also bad, we had to get up and find someone several times to ask for something. The chicken teriyaki was okay but it was like a pressed piece of chicken.

I ordered hibachi fried shrimp rice and I drove all the way home just to find out that the shrimps was so smelly. I ate a few bites. I thought I was tripping when I put the plate in the car cause the smell is smell was, but I’m thinking maybe I have Covid or something and I can’t smell right Now. I’m sick. I called to let him know they offer to make the food over for me instead of a refund, I’m terrified of the food now. Never experienced food poisoning before I’m up at 3 AM The worst stomach pain ever I may be going to the hospital cause his bad

The sushi is fine. They don’t have a lot of options about fresh fish or sashimi. The restaurant seems it’s stuck in the past.

Sushi rolls were too sweet and they charged us double even though they advertised BOGO. Hibachi veggies just tasted like salt. We door dashed and they sent half our order then had to call door dash to figure it out. Waited another 35 minutes on the rest of our order. I blame both parties. Won’t DoorDash again either.

Constantly abuses the time of delivery drivers by making wait 10, 15, 20 minutes or more. It costs the drivers money and opportunities.
Very bland food that is over priced. There was no flavor to my rice, sushi, or udon soup. They charge 4% higher if you use a card to pay. Nice people, but over priced and bland.

Let me start with service was good, however, the food? Save yourself the money. They up charge for everything, they don’t do substitutions for anything. The food was also not flavorful or fresh. We ordered beef fried rice and man was it distasteful, fatty, sour and discolored. We also ordered a couple of sushi rolls and it tasted old, we didn’t even eat more than two pieces of the one with tuna. The staff was decent but the food, yeah no thank you. We will not be back.

Definitely should have listened to the reviews but gave it a try and boy was I wrong. Do not come here, not worth it at all. Fried rice combo is not flavorful, beef looked discolored, mini shrimp was ehh and chicken was okay. Ramen soup was a little salty. I’d go somewhere else.

Food is not hot, even though I came to pick up 30 minutes after ordering (like their website suggested when I placed the order). When I got there, the staff seemed confused about anyone placing an order in the first place. After waiting 20 more minutes, this is what they gave me.. it seems like someone's leftovers since most of the plate is cold and the filet isn't cooked how it was ordered and I don't even think this is filet. It is tough like regular steak... I'm extremely disappointed in everything and will never return. I'll make sure I can stop anyone else I know from having the same disappointment I had.

My experience ordering their Steak Hibachi for takeout: Steak was like eating into a tire, way too overcooked and definitely tasted like it was initially frozen (I requested medium and a medium rare). Vegatbles were as if I was drinking straight out of a soy sauce bottle and the broccoli was extremely fibrous (almost like the end of an asparagus), making it difficult to chew them. Noodles, Nootaste. Salad looked like it was out of a dumpster (didn't even attempt to try it). The clear soup was almost decent. Hibachi rice was manageable with soy sauce added but I was already drowning in some from the vegetables. 0/10
Was embarrassed because I also ordered my nurse a steak hibachi for lunch and she even admitted it was bad.
