It was my birthday and they played HBD on the piano and brought me a dessert with a candle burning. The food was amazing! I got lasagna and hubby got the whole fish. Our server was awesome! The place is beautiful. Beautiful decor! We will be back!
Outstanding restaurant experience. First, the decor and ambience is so special for a first class dining experience. Second, the service was impeccable. Andrew did a great job. And finally, the food was awesome. The beet salad was so good. The duck and filet special were great. Then, the pecan bread pudding with bananas foster was the crowning jewel of a totally fantastic meal. We will definitely go back soon. What a lovely experience. The food was very tasty. We had watermelon salad and softshell crab along with their lasagna. Wonderful! And the cocktails were very pleasing. Lovely ambiance, and Demetrius was incredibly talented in describing the specials. My mouth was watering when he was done. We highly recommend Irene's in New Orleans.
