NOT WORTH THE PRICE...for starters I had a craving for some shrimp pasta so I came across this place and from what I saw in the photo the pasta I ordered looked very delicious and not only did I have to wait way over an hour for it to get here the people I talked to about information for my order gave me the run around acting like they didn't know anything only telling me id receive a text once it's on the way to which by the way I never got a text about it but finally after what felt like yeasts years of waiting it finally came and my excitement completely instantly turned into full blown disappointment.. the pasta was nothing like the picture online it was described as to having large shrimp whole pieces of broccoli smaller looking noodles with mushroom and a few other things and I wanna see how to post a photo of it cuz y'all would trip out ... it not only had very small baby shrimp but there's no broccoli and bigger thicker noodles and had no taste what so ever was not worth 22$ ... never ordering from here again

We will never go back to this location ever again. We had dinner plans to meet family members here on Saturday night for 7:30pm. We love the food and it was the in between from our two different locations. A sign on the door says delivery or carry out only. There were people inside eating so I walked in to make sure what I was reading. It was confirmed that dine in was over. This has happened way too many times at this location so we will no longer take a chance to be disappointed. We went to the Kenner location and everything was awesome. Since I live on the Westbank we have to dine in. I would love to find out why you even offer dine in since it is rarely open for dine in. Your hours mention 2 am closing which I doubt is accurate.

Had to wait a 1/2 an hour just to place an order.Because the girl was there working alone with a large crowd! The food was good once I got it.

After spending over $100 dollars and leaving a cash tip I still had to come home and put both pizzas in the oven cause none of it was cooked and I also had to reheat the chicken wings. I haven't been here in years which made this even more disappointing. 🥹

First time at this location. All of the food is very tasty and worth the $$. Love the meatballs, raviolis and fresh baked bread sticks or garlic bread. Meals come with salad with us almost a meal unto itself. Come hungry or go away with a to-go box.

I want to thank Mrs.Laura & Mr. Jim for their wonderful service and hard work! Today me and my family went to eat and there were only two workers and they did an amazing job serving everyone as fast as they can even though they were the only ones working!!!! To the owner of this establishment you are wrong for making them work on a busy Saturday by there self if other workers called off you should be there to help your staff shame on you for not being a great supportive Boss your horrible and do not deserve them as workers especially when you mistreat your workers!! They both deserve a promotion for their hard work today I’m sure it was a very stressful situation for them but they handled it well thanks again to Laura & Jim you were truly appreciated for your service today!!

The delivery person bought me someone else order and the order had bacon on which I’m allergic to I called the store multiple times and there is no answer……horrible and the food was cold

I hate to say it but, my fav place went from 5 stars to no stars. Came in on valentine's and there was not a single table, and no one greeted us for about 10 min, just to tell us id be a bit longer. Another 10 mn go by, and no drinks, no one came to say anything, so we left. Unacceptable! This was at 800 pm feb 14th 2025. We saw 3 workers but still no service.

They like to take delivery drivers tips. Customer leaves a tip and they take the tip when they dispatch out a driver.
