This place now has our hearts. My husband is Tunisian and one of the main reasons we wanted to come to NOLA was to eat some traditional Tunisian food. We could not have been happier. The food was absolutely delicious, authentic & made with care & love. They made us feel welcome and full which is Tunisian culture at its best. So thankful to have had this experience with them & can’t wait to come back and visit again! Thank you Moncef & Jamila!

Very beautiful restaurant with the nicest people. We ordered a few things from here and they were all ok. Escargot was good, the fennel pasta was nice. But we also ordered a few North African dishes and they all had a bitter taste to them. I think they used too much ras al hanout spice blend. The leftovers were fine because they mellowed out but between the price and the slow service (took about an hour and half for our dishes to come out), it honestly wasn't worth it. Maybe we went on an off day but I wasn't too impressed

I have been eyeing this place for years, ever since I moved to the US. I promised myself to go if I ever visit NOLA. Oh how this visit did not disappoint! It was everything my Tunisian heart was yearning for!!! Moncef was absolutely fabulous. He was such a fantastic host with his phenomenal stories and beautiful contagious laugh. The food was soooo good and that lamb hit the spot!!!! I truly enjoyed myself and went home with a big grin of my face. It felt incredibly nice to be in a familiar place even if I have never been there before!! Also, Moncef speaks several languages. He spoke to me in French and Arabic and to my husband in German! We were all impressed and very happy with everything! Thank you Moncef for making me feel home for a few hours!!!
