Such a delicious meal with the best server, Jerry! He was so nice and attentive. We would come back and ask for him again.

A great food and prices for the size of the burritos. It's become a must when we come across the river from the westbank for mom and son days.

First, I’ll preface this by saying that I frequent another Juan’s & my service & food is always 5 star. But I’d rate this location a 1 star at best.

I had a takeout order & I was told the food would be ready in about 20-25 minutes, I arrived to the restaurant 30 mins later figuring that at this point, the food would be ready & I wouldn’t have to wait, but it ended up being an additional 40 minute wait beyond that. (Truthfully I don’t think the order was started until after I got there.) When the food was finally ready, the quality was unacceptable and not worth the wait or the cost.

To make matters worse, the staff were rude when I asked about the delay. I asked to sit down due to the wait & I was told within a couple mins that they needed the seat for another customer. After getting home, I reached out to the restaurant about the bad experience, and no one has followed up.

Delays can happen, but inaccurate wait times, rude service, and ignoring customer concerns afterward is not acceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

Was my first time here and they take 30 min to take my order and they take more than 50 min to bring me the food, I just recommend be here with a lot of patience and not hungry at all

Very small inconsistent portions. Inconsistent cooking. Nice stuff but the food is very bad most of the time. I will not be going back even in the most desperate of situations.

This place was clean, service was good, food it was ok. My fish tacos were done tastefully but it seemed that just needed something else. The atmosphere was good, a bit noisy, but just enough to have a conversation.
