Ms. Kendra made the brunch one to remember, how service was above and beyond! Food was awesome!

Kingfish was absolutely delicious. My husband who is a nola foodie raved about it. He got the catfish Huey and twice baked potato no bacon and I got the blackened scallops and shrimp fettuccine. We also got the crawfish bread and shrimp and fried green tomatoes appetizer. Everything was amazing. Authentic new orlenas flavors along with exemplary service and stellar ambience (we could converse because it was not too loud and we sat near doors that opened onto the quarter. The indoor temp was good as well.) we will definitely make this one of our go to restaurants when we come back to New Orleans. Go! You will not be disappointed.

Good food. Decent spot off the strip. Quite clean and delicious southern comfort food. Really good spot

I came here for my birthday and the service was great and the waitress was really nice and attentive but that was the only redeeming quality. I was really excited to try this restaurant after hearing such great things about it only to rather crave a Hot and Spicy McChicken from McDonald's and would've been more fulfilled than the shrimp and grits I got from this restaurant. None of my family liked what we ordered and even though we only got 4 entrees, we had to wait a total of 30 mins for our food with only 2 other seated parties. I left here dissatisfied and I'm honestly still upset that we paid $145 before tip for 4 entrees that we straight up thought was some of worst food we've tried in all of New Orleans. My father got the seafood gratin for $30 and honestly it was one of the smallest portions I've ever seen in my life. It was literally cooked on a cookie skillet. On top of that, none of the food had any flavors that stood out. Unfortunately this is going to be a one and done kind of restaurant for me.

Great Louisiana cuisine at very reasonable prices. Served our large table of 12 ladies promptly and well. Friendly accommodating staff. Fun but elegant atmosphere. What a treat

We were very disappointed in our kingfish experience overall. We ate at Mr. B's the previous night and it was incredible. We were expecting something similar and it was not all all similar. Food, service, ambience everything was marginal. Very disappointing

We were seated immediately, and ordered drinks which came quickly. We were next to an open window which allowed us to enjoy a second line passing by! The red beans and rice with fried chicken was a winner, and the pasta with scallops was divine. Pro tip: don't sleep on the Floral75.

I ordered the steak and eggs, which on the menu says filet and eggs and ordered rare plus. To my disappointment, it came out as pieces of fillet, which were all cooked harder than rare. I try to get the attention of the waiter, but he walked away every time I tried to say something. He never came back to ask me how the food was. The flavor of the steak was good, but I was very disappointed with how it was cooked. If you're going to give pieces of steak instead of an actual whole steak, the menu should stay that.

My wife and I started with the fried green tomato's and shrimp and roasted beet salad. Both excellent. I had the Kingfish and grits and she had the Jambalaya Risotto both off the brunch menu. Finished with the pecan pie.We would return if ever back in NOLA.

They say is in the banquet room when restaurant was fully open. Out of Jack Daniel's and Makers Mark and served our food to another table. I would not suggest this location.

Very disappointed with this restaurant based on reviews. Floors smelled like pine-sol, bar service was slow and food arrived cold.

Made reservations for a party of four, called restaurant to revise it to 6 a week prior as they do not take online reservations greater than a party of four. Arrived and they did not have reservation but they were able to accommodate. Service was poor, ordered a bottle of wine for those that did not order mixed drinks, waitress brought bottle, followed by mixed drinks, 10 minutes later had to ask that bottle be opened for those having wine. One individual in our party ordered the redfish, all other dishes arrived except the redfish. Waitress forgot to place order. Dish arrived after everyone else was done. Unlikely to return and give it a second chance with so many other great restaurants for locals(and visitors).

Hostess at the front was rude and unpleasant. Two of them at the front were arguing between themselves. One if them tried to seat me at the worst table ( twice) until I insisted for a better table. There were several empty tables scattered all through the restaurant even when I was leaving. The rest of the crew were awesome- bar tender and the servers- they were awesome. I did reserve a table far in advance.
