Food was delicious! I had the blackened shrimp on Bree grits with a slightly spicy sauce. Beautiful balance. They pour a good drink and the service was excellent and friendly. The gentleman that served us was Leon. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly!
I was skeptical walking in, as I own a Creole restaurant and have had some disappointing meals in the French Quarter.
We stopped in for lunch on a cold Monday—31 degrees and only a few tables seated—but the quality of the experience far exceeded expectations.
The appetizers were outstanding. The crab cake and maque choux were flavorful and well-balanced, and the crawfish bread was rich without being heavy—perfect for lunch.
But the real surprise was the pork chop. Cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and impressive for a lunch service. It’s rare to find a dish executed that well midday.
Thoughtful cooking, solid service, and food that clearly reflects pride in the craft. This place deserves attention—don’t sleep on it, even for lunch.

Multiple visits, always great! Brunch, lunch dinner are all fantastic. If you go at brunch, be sure to tell them the Endymion guys sent you for the strawberry jelly!

Took over 90 minutes for food, came out cold, no accountability. Just go somewhere else for mid food.

Kingfish made my birthday so special on 01/15/2026! The food was absolutely amazing and the drinks were hitting just right. Our server (I hate that I forgot her name because she was the sweetest!) took such great care of us and made the experience even better. Gave great recommendations! The boudin balls were a 10/10, the shrimp and grits were incredible, and the pecan pie… pure love. Everything was delicious and the vibes were perfect for a birthday celebration. Can’t wait to come back!

Gracious service, but there are some better options for a casual dinner in the French quarter. Our dinner had authentic flavors but all dishes were served lukewarm.
This place was amazing ! The Mimosas are so good !! Asia was my server she is the best I will definitely be going back !!!

Waiting on the Joan of Arc parade I sat at the Bar. Jeremy was bartending and greeted me right away. My meal was exellent. Jeremy and the manager Chris were really working that bar. The food was great and so was the service.

Wow what a great experience. My 1st time here I sat at bar. I was welcomed by Jeremy the bartender. I sat waiting for the Parade to start. I asked the manager Chris what he recomended. I decided on the crab cake. It was delicious. Jeremy and Chris worked tirelessly behind that bar despite some grumpy other people at bar. Definitely will be back.

Horrible experience. Waited an hour for my SALAD at the bar and they forgot the dressing. My dinner came out before the appetizer which was cold. Bartender was NOT friendly and no apologies for the crap service.

This place was fabulous! The food was great. Atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. But what made the experience great for me, was the staff! The people here were so welcoming and accommodating. They provided great recommendations for food, a little history on the culture and traditional foods, and amazing drinks. They even offered us a sample of a vodka infused cucumber! Hands down. Will visit again!! Shout out to Michelle (Hostess) and Janae(Waitress)!! Big shout out to the Bar staff as well!! You guys took care of us!!

Nice atmosphere and great food. We had the crawfish bread app and a bowl of duck and andouille gumbo - delicious! The bartenders were attentive and interesting, and we enjoyed a few drinks also.

We frequent New Orleans and tried this place based on a recommendation from a foodie website I follow. The food was good and better than average, but was not what I would expect from a quality, upscale restaurant in New Orleans. The cocktails were forgettable and seemed like something you could get at just about any bar in the French quarter. The fried green tomatoes had good flavor, but were cold. The steak salad was ok, but I’ve had better steak salads at mid-tier chain steakhouses. Service was good and attentive, but with so many great choices to eat in New Orleans, this is not one we will be visiting again

The view alone was worth it—absolutely great . The food was pretty good, and the drinks hit the spot. I ordered a hurricane, which was a little different from the standard one—not sure if that was intentional, but still enjoyable. We stopped in for happy hour, had a fantastic waiter, and the bathrooms were surprisingly clean for the area. Overall, a solid experience.
