Prices have gotten WAY too high for locals. Stopped by tonight and was floored because as a French quarter service industry worker I had never paid such high prices. Alibi or Clover Grill will definitely be my go to from now on.

Rating compared to other Krystal's and White Castle. Food was hot and fresh. Chili cheese fries serving was large. Pricey though as it is on Bourbon Street.

Came in and bought a burger not only because I was hungry but because I’m okay with being a paying customer to respectfully use the restroom. My boyfriend has a rare disease where he cannot process sugar and was in there for 10 minutes. Mexican lady with lighter brown hair + brows came up to me, banged on bathroom door and went off on me in my face. I have no control over this and even if I did, I can’t control someone having adverse reactions to something that no one would understand. She raised her voice in my face telling me there were other people waiting for restroom even though there was one other person waiting (behind me; i let him go first). Another worker there asked me what was going on and I explained, but she wasn’t able to hear me so I got closer to the counter to explain the unexpected and hard to understand situation I was in and I got laughed at in my face. That’s fine, no worries, I understand being ignorant and not being understanding even though there’s no one in line. Do better for real.

I got into New Orleans late on Amtrak. By the time I got downtown to my hotel, most of the dining rooms of the fast food places had closed. I saw Krystal on the map and that it was open 24 hours. I then remembered it was on Bourbon Street, therefore had no drive-thru. The dining room was guaranteed to be open. When I got there, it looked like a madhouse. I thought it would take forever to get my order. But they have a well-oiled machine there and it soon became food theater. My wait time was short considering the number of people who were in the place. The food wasn't the greatest in the world, but I got it and was off on my way back to my hotel to enjoy it before falling asleep to head back out of town the next morning.
Parking: Don't even think about driving here. Take the street car. It's so much easier.
