My go to spot in town! Great atmosphere for remote work or a rendez-vous with a friend, amazing beverages and healthy but unique food and sweet treat options. The iced strawberry matcha (when in season) and Honolulu Queen smoothie with blue spirulina are my current faves. Please give this small business your support!

This is my go-to place for delicious and unique. They have an amazing amount of vegetarian and vegan options that are all delicious. Their courtyard is beautiful when the weather is right. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit.

Such a pretty cafe! We had a great lunch at Lamara Coffee & Kitchen. I love their plant based menu. Tried their burger with the house-made bean patty and it was delicious. One thing I hope they'll do is offer ketchup!! The coffee was also perfect. Staff is kind and helpful. Service was quite fast. We sat inside as it was a hot day but their outside seating area looks amazing. I'll be back!

Food is decent. Service is so rude and unwelcoming. Do not waste your money here!

Excellent smoothies, breads and the Lamara burger is absolutely amazing! Healthy food that is delicious. A nice change from similar chain places that are trying to capitalize on the trend toward eating healthier, but using unhealthy ingredients and calling them healthy. Lots of options.

The owner and staff were more than willing to work through our food allergies and actually take the time to make sure we were taken care of without making us feel like we were a bother. The owner was also helpful in giving us some other recommendations.

Super friendly and warm people and environment!

Lamara is a cute, sunlit spot that's perfect for tea or coffee! Really loved their breakfast tea! The space has a calm, inviting vibe.

Food-wise, everything was fresh and tasty, but it did take a while—over 45 minutes for just two items, even with only about five patrons in the café. Also, the avocado add-on for the Sunrise Kingdom was unfortunately missed, which makes attention to detail something to watch for.

Overall lovely spot if you're not in a rush and are looking for quality ingredients and a cozy atmosphere!

Wow. This is the kind of food I CRAVE. Perhaps because they are not fully vegan, Lamara did not show up on my google searches for vegan food when I was initially planning my trip to New Orleans. (They are vegetarian; some items include cheese, eggs, or honey.) I was lucky to discover Lamara on a handy list of veg-friendly spots posted at Breads on Oak. As soon as I browsed the menu at Lamara, I was infatuated. They are seed oil-free and refined sugar free; they do use coconut oil and olive oil in most dishes, but minimal amounts. They go out of their way to bake many components of their hot dishes such as tortillas, tofu, and potatoes, in order to minimize oil. So many fascinating items like homemade adzuki bean bacon. After much deliberation (since I only had the time for a light meal), I ordered the rainbow tostadas, made with refried pinto beans, oil-free cashew cilantro cream, spiralized yellow beets, romaine, purple cabbage, and avocado on baked corn tortillas. Visually stunning, impeccably fresh, and low in salt (but high in flavor). Impressive. I also had a hot chocolate with their homemade oil-free almond milk; delicious, and quite reasonably priced at only $4. I took the raw protein bites to go (oil-free, with almond butter). Great little treat that I would definitely get again. I’m basically obsessed with everything this place has to offer, and had a difficult time not ordering one of everything on the menu. In addition, the staff were extremely patient and helpful in answering my many questions about ingredients. They made it easy for me to make the right choices for my diet. I wish there were more places like this. Please open a location in the northeast ASAP! 😍

Very aesthetically pleasing. Long wait time for a coffee shop. Pretty pricey! Very little food for the amount and they forgot to add an egg on my avocado toast that was an extra $2. Didn’t notice until I made it to work. Staff was nice but just need more help for a morning coffee run. Food was very bland. $50 for 2 small breakfast items and two matcha’s is wild.
