Legacy Kitchen's Tacklebox

The food was cold & we were one of three tables in the rest. Server wasn't the same for all the other tables so I feel she could have done a better job at being attentive to us.

Our server Marvy was excellent! She made our Mother's Day real special. We are planning to come back.

It just wasn't a good experience. This place looks better from the outside, very disappointed. Our server was friendly and upbeat but it didn't make the food taste better.

We made a reservation for 15 ppl so we were seated right away . The server was new so she didn't know alot and had to keep going back and forth to ask someone else but she still was nice and doing good . The food wasn't all that, my guest had the crawfish etouffee and he was disheartened, he didn't finish his food but they ended up taking his food off ; my husband mahi mahi was $30 and was so small and flavorless with three pieces of spinach on the plate with it . Parking sucks of course but can't blame the place .

The charbroiled oysters were delicious, but the crawfish etouffee was underseasoned and was more like an appetizer than an entree. The beignets were also nice. The restaurant had a nice ambiance, but my server, although friendly, was not very attentive.

I was not impressed with the Tacklebox. My kids and I stopped by the Tacklebox because it was across the street from our hotel. We thought it would be a good, quick meal. However, we tried the pecan wings, and my son got the chicken and waffles. They were just not good. This was not our server's fault and she was quite friendly and nice.

Our servicer was good. The menu didn't really match the food - it was a bit misleading and therefore disappointing. For example: the smash burger isn't smashed, the catfish in burnt butter is actually deepfried not fried, Louisiana popcorn rice is just white rice.

The restaurant was busy, but not full, and food took a long time to arrive.

There was an extremely long wait, especially since the dining area was not full. Our server was very inattentive, unfriendly, and slow to respond. The food was fine.

It took 30 mins to get a glass of water. I ordered fried catfish and it was nothing but fried batter! First and last time eating here. Customer Service at its worst!

Great dining experience - we went early with toddlers and the staff was wonderful, great tasting menu, loved it!!

Wondered why nobody was here. Then we found out. Very slow service for sub par food.

Food is good. Service is alright. Had a large group asked for a receipt to expense. They couldn’t print a detailed receipt. Have called four times and left a number for a call back for managers and received nothing

Slow, not enough staff food is pretty decent.
Dirty dishes and just an overall lack of staff. Even the hotel next door tells its clients to avoid this place.
