We Love the JW Lobby Lounge. The Staff (Debra, George & Jaime) are great folks and will go out of their way to make sure you have a great evening. The room service menu is very good also. One of our favorite places!

I’ll gave the one bartender 5 star. Everything else, is sucked. You asked for certain wine, Champagne or food…don’t have it 2 nights in the row. It’s laughable. Go somewhere else.

The bartender was quick, funny and helpful, I regret i do not remember his name. But he worked almost every night the week of Christmas. If you have time for desert as well a drink try the chocolate layer cake.

friendly staff & great location - walking distance to downtown & street cars, which opens up easy access to multiple parts of the city! Be sure to stop by the bar at some point and grab a hurricane.
