I love the honesty, I asked about there crawfish, and he told me that there were pre frozen crawfish, and they still tastes amazing.The fried chicken is off the chain.I live in slidell, and I make it my business once or twice a week to go and get my chicken plate my crawfish, and my pineapple big shot.
Louisiana Pride lives UP to its name. I went to New Orleans last week, and this food had me sitting outside waiting for the restaurant to open. No kidding! They start at 10am. Get a poboy! It's loaded and delicious!!

Don't think you're going to a 5star restaurant. This place is a hole in the wall & takeout only, as are most of the best seafood spots in the city.
If you want fancy, go to the quarter, this place is for real, good food.
