I got small matcha and it taste not good. It’s literally just powder and water, and didn’t mix well 😞 try something else, friends

Super cute cafe nestled inside an equally adorable hotel.
Kevin was so warm, charming, and accommodating that I think I have to make this my new regular coffee joint!
Pro tip: order the dirty iced chai with coconut cold foam!

Coffee is made to order but the food is not. Everything is prepared in advance. Good for grab and go types of fare. Enjoyable atmosphere with a relaxing funky vibe.

There was only one person waiting on their coffee order when I put it a coffee for myself and my wife.
We waited for about 7 minutes while 2 others that were behind us got their drinks first.
I had to remind them about our order and the barista said it must’ve been forgotten. He started to then make our drinks…
I don’t understand how you can take our order with only one other person in line and then just forget to make our coffees.
Won’t be going back except for the gluten free bread which was very good and it’s only saving grace.

The service, coffee quality, and maintenance of the space has gone way downhill since the Hyatt took over a few weeks ago.
On a recent visit, they had one person working on a Sunday. To the surprise of no one, that means service is slow.
They replaced fresh fruit with $3.50 candy bars from the vending machine lol

Great coffee and matcha!
Good coffee, friendly baristas and a great vibe. If you're staying at the Ace, you've got to stop by Lovage and grab a coffee before you hit the town.
Kid-friendliness: They had a fun section with games to keep the kids entertained!
Wheelchair accessibility: Low countertops and accessible tables make this place a gather ground for everyone.
