Miss Lo is AMAZING! She is so welcoming and sweet. We came to New Orleans for our honeymoon and her smile and kindness made us feel right at home and made us want to come back every day. The service was great by everyone and the food was amazing and the establishment is CLEAN.
10 out of 10 will be back and recommend to everyone.
Waited over an hour for mine and my daughter's food. We ordered the banana French toast and pancakes. I watched people come and go. I flagged someone down to ask about our food and finally got it about 15 minutes later missing the fruit from our order. When I asked about it, they said they were out of fruit. I am super underwhelmed with the quality of food and service here. The waiters were sweethearts and tried to be very helpful. However, I ordered the shrimp and grits for myself and the waffle and chicken for my daughter. The shrimp and grits left a lot to be desired. There was entirely too much of their “Monica” sauce on top of the grits, turning this beloved NOLA favorite into a bowl of soup rather than shrimp and grits. The staff are warm and accommodating, with one server described as fabulous, the barista making fancy coffee, and another server, Lo, being incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. While one server may have seemed less enthusiastic, the overall experience is highly recommended.
