Just drove a group there for dinner! A great place to dine!
Pretty good place . The dressing on that shrimp tomato salad is delicious!
Easter brunch buffet for $55! Boiled shrimp, raw oysters, marinated crab claws, osso bucco, eggs Benedict, duck gumbo, grilled redfish, multiple salads and vegetables. This was not a cheap hotel buffet. This was a quality menu that was was well prepared, thoughtfully executed and better than your mom could put on the table for that price. And with a jazz band.

Public Service is located in the NOPSI hotel and features an open room design with a bar to the right and the dining area to the left. The restaurant is clean and offers a mixed dining experience. Some guests enjoyed the good service and found the food to be pretty good, with dishes like blackened red fish and hearts of palm salad that were delicious and well-cooked, and prices considered reasonable. The atmosphere can be noisy when the bar is busy, but it quiets down once the bar clears out. While some guests appreciated the effort to resolve issues, such as receiving a complimentary meal after a delay, others felt the food was only okay and unremarkable, with some unable to recall specific dishes without photos. Service quality varied, with some experiencing delays—one table had an entree take over an hour—and the staff did offer compensation in such cases. Despite these issues, the restaurant's location and ambiance make it a notable spot in the hotel.
