Service bad and pork chop flavorless. Waited almost an hour for drinks
Great gumbo, mediocre pork chop, ok beer selections, good desserts. It's fine, but there are higher expectations on a Ritz.
Dinner was a three hour ordeal.

Stopped in this past December while touring New Orleans. Enjoyed their French 76!

The food was exceptional, and the ambience was excellent. We rated it quiet, and it was, except for the jazz band in the bar. However, the music was superb, so we didn't mind. It is pricey, as one would expect at the Ritz-Carlton, but the drink prices were a bit over the top. A bourbon rocks and a Riesling set us back over $50.
Great spot for breakfast - wonderful waitstaff, delicious food, tables well spaced so that conversations can be had .
First of all your doormen were superb, made us feel so welcome from entrance of the hotel, until leaving. The ambiance, with dim lighting and soft jazz music highlighted the Christmas decorations that sparkled through out the open style restaurant. We throughly enjoyed our meals, especially the chicken and shrimp pot pie. Thanks to staff for a wonderful experience. Definitely would recommend having this dinner experience.
The food was amazing and the staff was very professional and attentive. The atmosphere was lively with Jeremy Davenport playing and the Christmas decorations were magnificent. We will make this our Christmas tradition.
The food was delicious! The hotel is so beautiful. Our dinner reservations was during the Christmas holiday and the decorations are outstanding! Very lovely hotel. I am a local, but I love the Ritz !
Great breakfast. The Crab Cake Benedict was delicious and the Pancakes were picture perfect.
Had a small snag as they didn't show our reservation when we arrived but were able to seat us with no problem. This was our birthday celebration so was glad they accommodated as we booked long ago. The food we had was superb....shrimp & grits..and salmon. Luna was our server and she couldn't have been more helpful. Sincerely helpful thru out the evening. Stayed to listed to Jeremy Davenport.

Very mid and expensive restaurant for dinner. The pot pie was good, but the Caesar salad and bbq shrimp and grits were pretty bad and almost inedible

We had a wonderful experience celebrating my husband's birthday. The team made it truly special—our table was beautifully prepared with a white cloth, the service was outstanding, and the food was exceptional. The live music was perfectly balanced, creating such a pleasant atmosphere. An excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
We went for dinner and unfortunately, the food was not nearly good enough for the price we paid.
The venue was beautiful and the atmosphere was perfect for a date, with low lighting in the dining room and small lights at the table. Our waitress was wonderful, too. It was just the food (one salmon dish, one gulf fish dish) that didn’t live up to expectations.
Oh, and the fact that we got $10 for a glass of water wasn’t cool either…

The food and customer service is great. I think this is one of the best hotel restaurants Ive been to. Everything on the menu taste wonderful. The restaurant is part of the reason I stay at the Ritz every time Im in town. Best gumbo in New Orleans. The Chef is amazing.
We had a wonderful breakfast! However, the real shining star was our server. I wish I could remember her name, she was absolutely amazing. This woman loves her job and it shows in her work. We will definitely be back next time we are in New Orleans.
