Tony was great. Drinks and food were top notch. Recommend the Po boy sausage and envy drink
Spencer at the Burgundy Bar inside The Saint Hotel was absolutely fantastic. He was attentive, friendly, and made excellent drinks all night. He has a great energy and made the experience feel welcoming and fun without being over the top.
What really stood out was how personable he was—he even let me add songs to the playlist, which made the night feel extra special and relaxed. You can tell Spencer genuinely cares about both the craft and the guest experience.
