Mahony's is a great little place with a big atmosphere. The poboys were very good. We thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the staff and people watching.

The po-boys were very underwhelming - they were really bland and dry. You can definitely find cheaper and tastier ones at other places. However, the service was phenomenal and the staff were really friendly. The fries were also pretty tasty.

Sometimes you wonder about these viral places, and I can confirm they’ve earned every bit of those glowing reviews. The fried pickles appetizer, so were the PoBoys. Can’t remember the last time I’ve had shrimp that good. And the fried pickles were bursting with flavor. Service is awesome, people are friendly.

Grabbed a po-boy while walking around the city and enjoyed the crawfish nachos! We were there around 2pm, service was fast food was good. I am not sure who can eat a full size po-boy from here, we both order the 6 and it was more than we could eat! Everything tasted great and the ginger beer was good!

Went here 2 weeks ago for lunch. Food was good except I got fried GREEN tomatoes and they were just fried RED tomatoes. I walked back and they said they would refund me. The food we had was good and the bartender who took my other was great and friendly. I was having a bad day and when she took my order she said "hey baby" and it just made me smile and made my bad day go away. Well it's been two weeks and I still haven't gotten my refund on my card. Went by there today and they showed me on their end that it was refunded on in their system but, alas, it wasn't refunded on my card. The manager ended up making it right and was very nice about the whole thing. I'm saying all this to say that they handled the situation wonderfully and although I had to go back 2 weeks later, which was annoying, they made it right and all is good. That why my review is 4 stars instead of 5. But I would totally go back again. Definitely check it out!

We didn't realize that they were closing at 5:00 when we got there at 4:55, since they welcomed us in. I'm so happy they did! We had a wonderful meal! My husband had the Redfish Atchafalaya, and I had the Shrimp and Grits. It was a large serving of lightly coated redfish, etouffee and rice and cornbread along with a serving of collard greens. My grits were creamy and the best I've ever had. The shrimp were combined with tasty tomatoes, corn and okra. Italian bread completed the meal. Everything was delicious. Compliments to the chef. The restaurant is small and cozy with many local beers on tap. The staff is friendly and inviting. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Very cute casual po boy spot. They have a lot of options! Staff was so friendly. They seemed to be a bit short staffed but they worked as a team and were so kind that it was well worth the short wait to get a table!

Food was exceptional. So much flavour. Waitress very friendly. Management came round to inquire about our meal and even wished us a safe journey back to our hotel as we stuck out as tourists and it was getting dark out. Btw we encountered no problems hopping on the bus back to our hotel. Definitely recommend Mahony’
