We order a few things off the menu, everything was pretty good no big complaints, just the said was a little pricey for it to be just a caesar salad.
Wait time was none, food came out in a good time.
Waiter was okay, not bad one seen her 2 times.
Over all I will visit again.

We waited out side to seated for about 30min
Which isn't bad we got seated on the third floor the room was small but it work. The waitress gave out menus which it wasn't enough some of us just shared. She proceeded to take out drink menu the drinks took In addition of 30 minutes to come we gave our selves silverware because they never handed it out any The waitress took out food order some people food never came out some of our food came and it was uneatable and unbearable on top of that we asked for the manger she said that she will get him in the rudest tone The manager proceeded to the sitting area we was in where he was a Caucasian man and he never came in a address our issues He sent another waitress in there I really applaud her because she tried her best to address our issues unfortunately it just did not work out I will not tell anyone about this restaurant nor will our recommend anyone to eat here The atmosphere was the only thing that was okay about the restaurant The service with a zero percent The food was distasteful zero out of 10 I will never recommend

Service has changed over the years drastically since I’ve last been. Waited forever and a day for my Mambo oysters, just to get them with shells in them that stuck my gum ? the most mid food experience I’ve had since I stepped foot into New Orleans.

Food didn’t have authentic flavors. It was overbearing. I have had plenty of some business foods in New Orleans so for this to be a little more “upscale…” food could’ve been 10 times better. Had the oysters and the trio…left with a stomach ache for the day.
Server was attentive, and the rooftop is nice for a view. Just the food isn’t up to part

We were not very impressed..The red beans and rice were cold. The crispy chicken was dry. The Boudin Balls were excellent. Waited a really long time for the food!

Omg! Love love love!! Our server Rodisha (I hope I’m spelling her name right) is an absolute doll. She’s so kind and knowledgeable about the foods they’re preparing. The food is amazing! Love the pasta. Crab cake pasta to be exact. The New Orleans bread pudding puts me to sleep after inhaling it. It’s so delicious! Thank you for making great food and having such a wonderful and sweet server. Our visit did not disappoint.

The Taste of New Orleans plate didnt have crawfish when it said it did. The gumbo wasn’t as great. Must’ve confused this restaurant with the other Mambos. Overall the atmosphere was fun.

Kevin was the best waiter I have had in New Orleans. His service was the best. The food was good, but service was great.

His spot was amazing food and drinks 10/10! Doug was amazing! Ask for him when you come here! He’s so friendly and welcoming! Definitely the spot to visit when in New Orleans!!!

Their Alfredo was awful and it overall just wasn’t great. We had the gator tail bites and they were okay at best

Saw Mambo's on Google Maps after a walking tour of the FQ and decided to give it a try. It was surprisingly good! Service was friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. Very good BBQ shrimp and hamburgers. Hit the spots after several hours of walking.

Went here 2 days in a row. First was late night walking around and stopped for drinks and 2 delicious desserts. Pecan pie and bread pudding. Warmed with ice cream. The BEST!! Next day went for dinner. Appetizers filled us up. All the food was excellent. Crab cakes are a favorite of mine now. Definitely will be back again

Mr Bourbon pulled us in with his warm smile and welcoming attitude. While Desmond, our waiter, answered all our questions! Mambo oysters and shrimp platter were great! Highly recommend!
