Busy when we got there but worth the wait. Great prices and the food tasted awesome too. They are cash only so make sure to hit the atm before.

Didn’t eat anything but the food looked good and the Bloody Mary was the best I’ve ever had in my life. Cool spot.

I stayed at a hotel in the neighborhood and walked here for the OG burger one night. Perfectly crispy edges on the meat, saucy without being overly messy, well-portioned toppings. A burger this simple has no business being this good.

Go here for the original slap burger, which is a top-three New Orleans burger. You'll need cash for your drinks, but cards are okay for the food. Locals usually sit outside, and like so many places in this neighborhood, they are friendly and kind. Burger and a brew for $15? I'm in.
