I made a quick stop for breakfast since we were running late. They were quick and polite. Unfortunately, they forgot my entire meal. I asked the guy to hold my meal when they finished it since I needed to get my kids to school. He was super nice and promised to remember me even though they were busy. I came back about 20 minutes later, and he was so professional about it. He handed me a hot fresh meal with no questions asked, which means he remembered me.

We are staying near this mcdonalds and thought that would be really convenient, however it has been a nightmare. The first time we ordered it took a long time, but we figured it was a fluke. Next time we ordered inside and ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes for a value meal. Today was the last straw. We waited 45 minutes for 5 breakfast sandwiches! Everyone in there was complaining about the wait.

I placed a mobile order with a chocolate shake. When I got there to pick it up, I was informed there were no shakes. Asked for a coke, which they also did not have. Upon asking for a refund, they told me they cannot do refunds on mobile orders, and to bring receipt back the next day to get my shake.They still have bo shakes and I’m out $3,99 plus tax

I swear every single time I come here the order is wrong. I've tried verbal orders at the speaker and on the mobile app and it's like they don't know how to customize anything let alone put what it comes with on it correctly. Missing ingredients and then you go back to them and they say "sorry we are out of that" like how are you out of lettuce?? How are you out of ketchup?? The attitudes are even worse. What happened to McDonalds?

Wish I could give in no stars went in standing waiting for an order that was almost in arms reach..the manager help one person at the front counter looks at me then walks away...two other employees walk up front help a person standing right next to me and walk away...the lady they helped saint "y'all got a customer up here"... referring to me and and they still ignored me they all seen me with my bag so they knew I was delivering food..I guess I'm not the proper pigment to get service here...shame there are many places like this in N.O....and that's why I avoid it at all cost..but being a driver I go where the money takes me...if I could stay in Metairie or kenner /river ridge area I would be happy.... because of places like this McDonald's...I was there Friday around 2 or 3 o'clock..had a big blue bag in my hand with a grey rain jacket..
