I made a quick stop for breakfast since we were running late. They were quick and polite. Unfortunately, they forgot my entire meal. I asked the guy to hold my meal when they finished it since I needed to get my kids to school. He was super nice and promised to remember me even though they were busy. I came back about 20 minutes later, and he was so professional about it. He handed me a hot fresh meal with no questions asked, which means he remembered me.
First and last time I went to this place, the people were very rude, and the food was horrible. I bought a quarter pounder with cold meat, no mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce, nothing, plain. a disgusting of place and food.

Please replenish the receipt paper in your kiosk. They’ve been empty for at least six months. How am I going to remember my order number once it disappears off the screen?Also, is serving a lukewarm cheeseburger with unmelted cheese really acceptable? Maybe optimizing how quickly you fill orders is not the best idea if the quality suffers? This is not the first time.
