All was get a bad/ rude attitude from workers and Managers. Only had 1 good encounter. I recently ordered on app. When I arrived I was rudely greeted by the manager saying it ain't nothing I can do, I don't have any workers.

8pm Drive Thru Experience: The Gentlemen I experienced here at the windows were all extremely friendly, well-mannered, polite and most importantly New Orleanian! I wasn't speaking to a bot or drone but a fellow native who wanted nothing more than to ensure the 5minutes I spent going through the drive through were warm and pleasant. My food had no errors from what I ordered despite my order being long and having a last minute addition after the cashier had already finalized my order. I couldn't have asked for better service.

The cashier do not know what she was doing . I already eat in this location before and my order was wrong because I ask for a chicken hamburger and they just had another meat but they “forgot” to tell me that part my mom has just eat chicken not others meats for almost a year and if she didn’t check then she would eat other thing. Also, I came today for uber eats and end up waiting like 20 minutes for something they already had prepared but they say they didn’t have it ready when I ask, the people literally do not know what their doing, we had to wait until another person came and tell the girl that the order was already done. I’m so mad and frustrated.
👍 I don't recommend anybody to eat this type of food has too many bad ingredients everything if you eat a little bag a french fries almost it's almost like smoking a whole pack of cigarettes can you believe that that's bad the hamburger oh my God it's full ingredients all types bad ingredients for your help I don't recommend anybody in this type of food.....

Go to a different one. The cashier did not know how to use the mobile app. She kept telling me there wasn't a pre order when I told her I just wanted to use the code to credit myself on the app. She didn't understand. She said she was frustrated outloud. She then handed me the card reader after i tried to tell her I would just order normally and she was very rude.

I ordered food from this place on Friday day after Thanksgiving I get my food and the nuggets are not cooked their as cold as they were when they pulled them out the freezer and the fries have no salt in it and they are cold to touch and I usually never pull into this McDonald's because I'm always disappointed although the line went pretty quick the food was ridiculously terrible do better

Sat in the drive through window for 13 minutes without a greeting. Then ordered on the app for curbside pickup. Sat there for 35 minutes, no one came out. Drive through continued to back up while people drove off. I tried canceling my order on the app and said it was too late. Attempted to go inside but decided why waste another 30 minutes arguing with incompetence or who knows. STAY AWAY FROM THOS LOCATION!!

Delivery orders are wrong 80% of the time. I’ve gotten so many DoorDash credits from this McDonald’s for missing or incorrect items, I’m shocked my account hasn’t been flagged. Other locations in the city are great - avoid this one if you can!!
