8pm Drive Thru Experience: The Gentlemen I experienced here at the windows were all extremely friendly, well-mannered, polite and most importantly New Orleanian! I wasn't speaking to a bot or drone but a fellow native who wanted nothing more than to ensure the 5minutes I spent going through the drive through were warm and pleasant. My food had no errors from what I ordered despite my order being long and having a last minute addition after the cashier had already finalized...

My daughter lives on the Westbank. She usually stops at the McDonald's on Gen. Degaulle or Gen. Meyer for breakfast for her kids who attend school in the Gentilly area. The service at these McDonald's was TERRIBLE. She tried this one on Elysian Field. GREAT SERVICE ? ?..FAST AND POLITE. Keep up the good work.

Omg these ladies are so sweet and kind and accommodating. Came here for breakfast right before it ended and they accommodated my order. The lady at the window updated me and let me know that they were trying to transition to lunch, so it was made fresh and worth the wait. I’m very grateful for their wonderful customer service this morning.
