Went to McDonald’s on Elysian Fields to get my nephew and niece some to eat and was told they were only selling to Uber or DoorDash will not ever return to that locationVery thankful for the McDonalds off Veterans Blvd for serving all customers because we do matter and if we start picketing we will closed things down so get your act together Elysian Field location before you all won’t have a job

One of the dirties MickyD's I've ever been to.The windows were super dirty.The kiosk screens were stained and dirty.The restroom...let's not even mention.The ice machine had no ice.Normally the drink is cold but were warm.The nuggets were left in the oil too long.Now I could tell that they didn't have enough staff so more than likely that's why the place was the way it was.Whoever owns this place...get your people help!

My visits to this location have never been anything to run home to tell mom about. My orders are never good. There's always something wrong with my order & this time was no different. Other than the associate who served never wasn't sure what size cup my combo required & my fries were lukewarm:(

So as I pull up to pay for my bacon egg and cheese biscuit the metal grate in front the window breaks under my tire then I waited 20 min on bacon just to get a sandwich that looks like this. This place is a joke never agean will I stop at that McDonald'

My daughter lives on the Westbank. She usually stops at the McDonald's on Gen. Degaulle or Gen. Meyer for breakfast for her kids who attend school in the Gentilly area. The service at these McDonald's was TERRIBLE. She tried this one on Elysian Field. GREAT SERVICE ? ?..FAST AND POLITE. Keep up the good work.
This is the slowest moving fast food place I have been in my entire life. It took over 30 minutes to get to the window in the drive through. And that was just due to them being slow. There were 4 cars and took them ten plus minutes per car to get the orders out. We need to drop the wages to match their effort.

I am so over this location. Literally every single time I get a late night craving and order they will miss entire chunks of the order. If you ask for extra additions, it’s almost like they have some vindictive streak where they won’t give you anything at all. I’m willing to pay for extra cheese, no problem. What do I get… no cheese at all! Oh and do not expect to get hot fries ever. They serve them straight from the walk in.The service is no better in store than it is via delivery. Literally stood in there for 30 minutes, waiting for my food, watching other people who came in 10 minutes after me get theirs immediately. Desperate truckers and lot lizards are the only thing keeping them afloat.I would literally rather go to the Saint Claude location and fight a rat in the parking lot for my McDouble. At least they make sure I get what I ordered.
Omg these ladies are so sweet and kind and accommodating. Came here for breakfast right before it ended and they accommodated my order. The lady at the window updated me and let me know that they were trying to transition to lunch, so it was made fresh and worth the wait. I’m very grateful for their wonderful customer service this morning.

An hour long wait in the drive through, tried to repeat my very simple order SEVEN TIMES, got to the first window and they charged me for wrong items. Told her several more times the order is wrong, she said they fixed it, went to the next window and the lady handed me a completely wrong order, told her this was wrong, manager asked to see my receipt, I told her THAT was wrong too and that I orders a sausage and egg biscuit and a sausage and egg mcmuffin, how F'n hard is that? 10 minutes front of the window waiting, I get a bag, I ask TWICE is this exactly what I just said I ordered? manager said yes. IT WAS STILL WRONG!! I get the bar is low but cmon, the level of laziness and stupidity across the board is so frustrating I will never go back.
