Ordered of Uber eats . Old food ,cold food, and the wrong food. No one answers the phone. The sandwich was thrown together. The fries been setting and very cold. Bags need to be check and management need to be changed and employees retrained. I got a sandwich I didn't even know existed. For what McDonald's charge there should be better service and food. Disgusting. Somebody doesn't want to be at work .
Service is very low performance. Always approach you like you're an inconvenience. Ice cream machine never works. One time a car hoped in front of us in the drive through and took our order right after we paid. It says 24 hours but if you go through the drive through past a certain time they just don't answer...

McDonald's on Gen. Degaulle and Gen. Meyer had terrible service, but the one on Elysian Field offers great service - fast and polite. Customers praise the accommodating staff, with one mentioning a smooth transition from breakfast to lunch. Despite occasional long waits, the food is made right, and the employees are nice. Some technical issues need fixing, like the jammed credit card slot on kiosk 1.
