We just left and they got 2 of our drinks wrong, there was no ice. And they did not let us use our discount code

Im pretty sure the staff here was wasted. The guy at the window couldn't keep his eyes open, the woman trying to fill orders was running around yelling at everyone and it seemed like they were having trouble keeping someone on the grill to cook the food. Once we finally got our food I had to go inside to get the rest of my order.

The only mcdonalds I've eaten at that straight up told me no refills.
Ordered on Doordash, with the purpose of not having to drive late at night, only for them to forget most of my order!!! Had to drive out there to pick up the missing food because it was for my kids!!! Stay away from this location, they don't care enough to double check a simple 4 meal order!!!

Every morning their system is down around 4 AM or 5 AM every day
And this store is supposed to be 24 hours
They only wait on customers that they know personally and then tell everyone else that the system is down this has happened to me for the last 2223 weeks

This USED TO BE my favorite location due to them ALWAYS getting my door dash order correct. I order at least once a week when I myself am STUCK at papa johns working doubles. Listen- I be hungry and tired. I’m spending EXTRA money to go through third party to have it delivered to me- needless to say it should be correct. The last 3 times I’ve ordered, they are CONSTANTLY SHORTING MY ORDER. it’s not enough to be correctly made if the quantity is not correct. If I order 3 burgers, I WANT ALL THREE. Not to mention when you complain about it through door dash they only give you a measly 2$ compensation IF ANYTHING AT ALL. Idk who quit or got fired recently for this change to be so drastic but I am NOT HAPPY. This is coming from an assistant manager.
